Dear Mr. Carpenter & Staff,

We would like to thank you for the prompt attention you gave in repairing the RV for our dad, Marrelee Eckard. Both he and our brother, Rodger were very impressed with the extra hours and service you provided. In addition to the repairs, you had cleaned both the interior and exterior of the RV- something he would have never expected. We just wanted you to know that we appreciate everything you did to make life a little easier for our dad.

My "Relationship" with Quality RV actually began about 18 years ago when I purchased a Mini-Motorhome from them. To be completely honest, I was not too keen on the service after the sale back then. However, when I returned about 2 years ago to replace the roof on my current motorhome, my experience was a completely different story, and continues to be so to this day. Quality RV has gone extra miles to take care of the issues that have plagued my motorhome throughout the past few years. From handling, completely, the dealings with my insurance company and my extended service contract company, to the no charge, complete wash and wax they did after they serviced the motorhome. They have tirelessly worked to find ways to cut costs and provide discounts to help me to afford necessary repairs on my motorhome. Unfortunately, like so many others, I have found myself in financial hard times, without their efforts, there would be no way I could have afforded to maintain my motorhome in working order. In my opinion, Quality RV tries do every job in the most economical manner they can, as well as provide the best customer service possible everyday. They seem to understand camping provides a break from reality that so many of us need, and I am grateful to them for all they have done to help me and my motorhome stay physically and financially able to continue the reality breaks I desire.

Thank you again for all you have done, and keep me in mind if you come across an available awning/frame/hardware or defunked propane tank that I can use to replace my damaged/missing ones.
